NEW MEETING DATES

The new Board of Directors of Frisco Bay has changed the monthly board meetings to the second Monday of each week rather than the second Wednesday. The request was made to accommodate membership requests. The meetings will still be held at the Edgewood Childrens Ranch (either in the chapel or in the cafeteria, depending on turnout). All homeowners and residents are asked to attend. Please be there no later than 7:15pm to allow time to check in and vote for directors. Immediately following there will be a board of directors meeting and the budget will be voted on and approved at the meeting.

NEW ENTRANCE SIGNS!

The new signs are now installed! See below.

SECURITY CAMERAS!

A top project is the installation of security cameras to provide additional protection to the neighborhood. PCI Security will be able to monitor security cameras from their patrol vehicles once they are installed. We are in the process of obtaining pricing. If anyone knows of a good deal on wi-fi security cameras, please let us know!

PAST DUE ASSESSMENTS

The Board of Directors has voted to suspend collection proceedings until each owner has a chance to enter into a payment plan. If you are past due in your assessments, please contact a board member as soon as possible. Once the board has reviewed the delinquent accounts, collection proceedings will commence again. While no one enjoys this, the association's only revenue is from assessments and the association has a duty to collect assessments. Please contact the Board of Directors if you need to workout a payment plan. Check the Contacts page for more information.

WELCOME FRISCO BAY RESIDENTS!

Welcome to the Frisco Bay Community Association website.  This site is designed to help bring together residents and homeowners in our neighborhood to help make it be the wonderful place we call home.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Please welcome our new board members George "Ed" Ryscuck and Anna Morrice. We appreciate the commitment they have made by volunteering their time to serve the community. To accommodate their schedules, we will be moving the board meetings to the second Monday of each month. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, it is a challenge to serve on as a board member when your work and personal life demand the majority of your time.

The security services provided by Mike Hargreaves and PCI Security have been a big plus to our community. Real estate agents have expressed an increase in demand for properties in Frisco Bay because of the private security and other positive changes. Let us know if you feel we should increase patrols. We are currently reviewing the budget to trim unnecessary services that will free up additional funds for those services that are important to the community.

We want to continue to address the issues that are a concern to the owners, but we need your input. Attendance at the meetings is important. It's your chance to have a say in the management and operation of your community. If you cannot attend the meetings, please feel free to contact me or one of the other board members by phone, email, or by stopping us when you see us in the community.

The new signs have gone up in the community. We are considering painting the old signs and moving them to the pool area. We are in the process of installing signs provided to us by PCI Security to warn outsiders our neighborhood is being patrolled by professionals!

Our next project is the "Spring Fling" or social, tentatively scheduled for May 12, 2012. We need volunteers to assist with this event. Please send an email to activities@friscobay.org

Have a picture you'd like to share with us? Maybe even have it featured on our website?! Email it to webmaster@friscobay.org
